Hello there! I'm Wortiji which is pronounced, "Water – jay." I am a traveling Yogi dedicated to providing you with a safe place for rest, refuge, and relevance.
In my late adolescence, I began practicing yoga. After a few years, I decided to dedicate myself to healing the body from trauma. As a result, by June 2020, I became a 230-hour YFYT with a specialization in trauma yoga. Having experienced trauma myself, I am committed to helping others develop a lifestyle that rejuvenates the mind, the body, and the spirit. Aside from trauma yoga, I practice a variety of yoga styles. As an example, I teach yin yoga, prenatal yoga, aerial yoga, and aerial dance. As a yogi, it's important to me that you feel safe, empowered, rejuvenated, and not alone in your practice. I want to help you lead a life of intention, a life free from fear or fear of reclaiming your power. In the spirit of fellowship and discipline, I am here to assist you in reaching your goals.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Sondering!
Our program Safe Haven is dedicated to building the social, creative, emotional, physical, and mental development of your child or teen. Through yoga, creative movement, and rest I provide a monthly curriculum that introduces your child/teen that aids in self-regulating, slowing down, self-expression through yoga flows, and building leadership skills through mindfulness.
Safe-Haven was designed to encourage your children and teenagers to explore for themselves with the support of their yoga teacher. Every single child is provided a safe space to feel welcomed, heard, seen, self-express, rest, have fun, and enjoy being a child/teen. We hope to build leaders through healthy and long-life habits and to build a more confident and self-regulated child/teen.
